Yes. Visibility is set separately for your collection, your daily spritzes, and each page you write — public, followers only, or private. Your profile itself stays discoverable, but what sits on it is entirely your call.
No. Accord matching works from whatever you have logged, including samples and decants, and a shelf of five bottles you have actually thought about is more useful here than fifty you have not.
