All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).



We follow standard US sizes:

6 - 16.5mm diameter
7 -  17.5mm diameter
8 - 18.2mm diameter



We offer free shipping to all our customers.  

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time. Orders take 1-2 business days to process. 

Once your order is shipped, we inform you on the estimate ship date.

Singapore orders take 3-5 business days to ship. International orders take 7-14 business days to ship.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us. If you need your order by a specific date please email and we will try our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability. 



The longevity of plated jewelry depends on proper care to avoid tarnishing. We extend a free one time re-plating service to all our customers but request that you follow our care instructions to maintain the luster of your pieces. Always remove your jewellery before washing your hands, bathing, swimming or engaging in other actives with high impact. Perfumes, lotions and hairsprays can affect metals and avoid contact where possible. Always keep jewellery in their dust bags and polish them with a jewellery polish cloth where necessary.



Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns unless a manufacturing fault is present. 


All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn't find.

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange, but you must let us know within 2 days from receipt by emailing us at with the reason for your return and we will issue you with a Return ID Number. Simply return the goods (with the gift box and/or pouch) and your original invoice so they arrive within 14 days using a freight method with a tracking number.
On receipt your jewellery item will be assessed. The return shipping cost for the faulty item will be reimbursed to you once the item has been assessed as having a manufacturers fault and the return has been granted. We therefore suggest you include the return freight payment receipt with your original invoice and Return Document so this freight cost and your original payment can be refunded together. 
For International returns you must mark on the postal company's consignment  'Returned Goods' to ensure that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes once again. 

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Jewellery and crystal items are delicate and should be handled carefully. Crystal stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault. All pieces come with care instruction information that should be adhered to. 


For full prices items you may exchange for a different size within 10 days from date of purchase (15 days for International orders) Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. 

Note: Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Exchanges are not possible for sale items.



Crystals naturally vary in colour and size. Your piece will bear individual characteristics and although equally as beautiful and unique, it may vary from the photograph. 
We are regrettably not able to exchange for a different piece based on the characteristics of crystals.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any Web Site is completely free of human or technological errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions- including after an order has been submitted- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Prices and descriptive information or imagery are subject to change without notice. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will contact you prior to processing the order to confirm the new price. Should you not want to continue with your order at this time, it will be cancelled. We will not honor inaccurate or incorrect pricing. We do not negotiate the prices of our products. 



Any promotions offered by VETIVR will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. VETIVR reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, VETIVR has the right to cancel these orders and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user.

Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Services, VETIVR Pte Ltd reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this site, and to block or prevent future your access to and use of the Site. As part of our ongoing commitment to ensure that your shopping experience with the Web Site is protected, we will prosecute all unauthorized or fraudulent transactions to the fullest extent allowed by law.
