All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

The Service contains links to third-party retailers and products through affiliate marketing programmes. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Important: vetivr. does not sell, manufacture, ship, or take responsibility for any products purchased through affiliate links. All purchases are transactions solely between you and the retailer. Any issues with orders, returns, refunds, or product quality must be resolved directly with the retailer.
We make every effort to recommend fragrances we genuinely believe in, but we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any product descriptions, prices, or availability shown through the Service. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
Third-party websites linked from the Service are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party website.

The Service and its original content — including but not limited to the vetivr. name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, and code — are owned by vetivr. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The vetivr. name and logo are trademarks of vetivr. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ohio, United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you are located outside of the United States, you may also be subject to local laws that are applicable to you. These Terms do not limit any rights that you may have under applicable local consumer protection laws.
